Easy steps to purchase

  • You found a unit that is everything you wanted. Congrats!
  • To hold the unit, a $1,000 deposit is required (your cheque will not be cashed at this time).
  • Royal West Homes will write your purchase agreement.
  • You will be given the purchase agreement, customer information package an condominium disclosure package.
  • You have 10 days to review the documents and secure your financing.
  • Your documents and financing are in place. The fun part begins!
  • You get to choose your interior colours and select any upgrades or additional features.
  • You will need to submit a certified cheque for the balance of your down payment.
  • Your cheques will now be deposited into a trust account.
  • You will confirm and finalize all interior colours and choices.
  • An amendment for no more changes will be signed
  • You will receive a copy of all documents signed to this point.
  • Wait for your 45 day possession letter.
  • Line up the movers and start planning your housewarming party!
